The technology of recovering and preparing food grade CO2 from all CO2-Rich gases of off-gas of fermentation in alcohol plant, off-gas of H2 generation from methanol reforming, gases from limekiln, flue gases and off-gas of decarbonization in synthesis ammonia plant, etc.
Process flow brief description
The feed gas is compressed further to separate the gas and liquid prior to moving most of organic compounds in the fermentation by washing. The separated gas is dried in order to move the water in it and then fed into the purification system to move the micro organic chemicals such as alcohol, aldehyde and organic acid, etc. As well as peculiar smell. The effluent gas goes through the process of condensation, flashing and purification, etc. To move the trace low boiling gas that is dissolved in CO2, thus the high-purified food grade CO2 meeting the standard is ether storied or filled into bottles.
