Product Description
The feedstock-coal (lumps or shaped) and steam take place inside the water gas generator to form water gas. The produced water gas is purified through PSA to get the qualified product H2 prior to carrying out dust-elimination, decarbonization at ambient pressure, and compression, shift-conversion and fine desulfurization further.
Technical features
with coal as feedstock, the gas preparation can be approached by an intermittent manner with air.
Coal as feedstock is either powders or lumps (anthracite).
Products can be variety.
The blowing air and off-gas from PSA enter into the blowing air recovery system so as to recover the heat and reduce energy consumption.
The circulated water from gas preparation is recycled in a closed loop by taking advantage of the technology of wastewater treatment to achieve no three wastes, which both decreases the water consumption and avoid environment pollution.
The process of full shift conversion at low temperature is adopted in order to reduce the energy consumption and get a higher CO shift conversion.
